RETURN POLICY (30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE )
Aloha, thank you for joining the Surf CBD community with your purchase! All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund.
- Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product including images of the product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies, usually within 10 business days.

- Refunds can take up to 10 business days. Please note: Surf CBD does not pay for return shipping.

Shipment Processing Time:
- Surf CBD is available only to addresses in the US and US territories with orders processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Significant delay in shipment of your order may occur, and Surf CBD customer representative will contact you via email or telephone to inform you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so delivery time does not include these days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
- Surf CBD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
